Tri-Sector Leadership: Creating Solutions Through Collaboration

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

After the session begins in HCA, participants will move into another classroom based on their choice of  sector. The session will then conclude with the full group back in HCA.

Business Sector- HCA
Policy Sector -Formica
Non-Profit Sector - Connally

As silos are broken down and cross-sector integration is required, the next generation of leaders must be prepared to approach problems through a multi-sector lens. This session will explore Tri-Sector Leadership,  which is the practice of approaching today’s key issues from all three angles: business, non-profit/philanthropic, and public policy.   During this workshop attendees will engage and broaden their approach to problem solving in a live case about business structures and scaling. Seated in discussion groups led by sector leaders, participants will practice skills of tri-sector leadership from the point of view of a social entrepreneur.
